What is the HRG-Merchants App?
It is an app for home owners to get discount coupons for all your home renovation needs and fittings.
How much does it cost to register as a user?
Registration is free! All our discount coupons are created by our partner merchants for home owners to enjoy a discount when they shop in store with them.
Where can I download the app?
Download the HRG Merchant App from the Apple iOS or Google Play store.
How do I register as a user to enjoy access to the coupons
iOS users
– Sign up and login in using ur Google or Facebook account, alternatively click on the sign up link at the bottom of the page to register using other email accounts.
Android users (Please note FB login does not work on Android devices)
– Sign up and login in using ur Google account, alternatively click on the sign-up link at the bottom of the page to register using other email accounts. Unfortunately, Facebook does not allow third party app registration access at the moment, so please sign up either using a google account or alternative email address using the sign-up link
How can I utilise the coupons?
After login a list of participating stores will be displayed, click on the individual featured stores and the available discount coupons will show. Select the offer you like to utilise and present the QR code to the participating merchant in store and you are ready to purchase the item at a discounted price!
Can I use the coupon more than once?
Please refer to the terms & conditions listed with the individual coupons, if it is not listed as a limited use coupon it can be used for as many purchases as you like. You can even share the coupon with your friends and family.
Why do I need to enter my purchase details after redeeming the coupon?
Though it is not compulsory, submitting your purchase details will go a long way to help us understand the use of the particular coupon and how we can bring better discounts and offers to other users.
How regularly will the vouchers be updated?
We are constantly onboarding new merchants, so do check back regularly for new merchant discount coupons.
