The client's essential requirement for renovating their HDB flat is to create a cozy, modern, and contemporary space that is also pet-friendly and accommodating to the needs of elderly individuals. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the renovation adheres to the principles of feng shui. The highlight of this project lies in the meticulous attention to detail in carpentry work, including the relocation of the toilet bowl. Furthermore, the son's room should be designed to serve as a multipurpose area for gaming, studying, and displaying items.
