Yes, Ming Jun is professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete the project on time despite minor hiccups from the beginning and tight schedule before Chinese New Year. He gives practical ideas and ensure work can be completed on time. They might not be the cheapest ID, but we value quality and after sales service. We are very happy with our new home and hope Ming Jun and his teams keep up the good work.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It is important to find an ID that you are comfortable to work with. Start planning before renovation starts and if possible, try to find time to visit friends home who has recently renovated their house in order to have some ideas. Try to visit your house as frequently as possible during renovation period. Although ID will track the progress for you, it is always better to check yourself, and in case if there is any changes to be made, it would be easier to change during renovation rather than after the project is completed.

Recommended! Our designer took his time to explain to us on the conceptualised layout on the pros and cons of every idea and was very flexible to meet our needs and very accommodating on meeting and changes in design. Designer was versed in Geomancy as well and gave certain tips on moving in and placement of items. Value Added Service! Even after completion of Renovation, he would still accommodate rectifying of minor items.

No rush on timeline, quality is definitely there! Any issues just update and they will schedule a time to come settle any issues you have, big or small.

Ming Jun is a very reponsible and reliable ID and he really takes into the customer's expections as his top priority. He will ask his workers to re-do everything so long as their workmanship is not up to his own expectations. Big thumbs up for his quality controls !

It's worth paying a little bit more for a good and reliable ID. Do not judge by the quotation alone, take into consideration the after sales support service as well. Trinity IDee is able to deliver such good services but at a resonable and competitive price !

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my ID, Ken Lee. He is very prompt and meticulous about the minor details and working with him is such a breeze. He understands your style and always so accommodating. Keep up the good work, Ken! Now my house is finally a home.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Always have a clear idea on your design concept and do as much research as possible on the colour scheme, layout, etc. Talk to your ID to realise that dream home. Have an open mind for new ideas.

Ken was very helpful in providing solutions to the problems we were facing with our current kitchen cabinets. There were issues with the pull out pantry, kitchen sink, counter top and pull out drawers to name a few. It took him and his team 3 days to rectify everything in time for me to celebrate Hari Raya! Thanks Ken for coming to the rescue and providing good service that is also value for money.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

For future homeowners, don't settle for the first renovation ID that you meet. Scout around and do lots of research especially how certain installations need to be done so that you can spot sloppy work done by contractors. We only got to know that our previous contractor did not do certain standard stuff when installing our kitchen cabinets until Trinity ID came in to rectify the problems.

Yes, whenever, I had friends or siblings, office colleagues or relatives I always recommended to them once they complemented on my condo design as it is simple, neat, good workmanship and nice design that I had. Also recently, I had recommended my designer Raymond to my god son who is just got a 5 rooms BTO flat and understand reno is starting soon. Lastly, the reno cost must be reasonable. Definitely I will have more referrals for Raymond in the future.

A trustworthy designer that has got experience is able to design a very nice layout for any type of apartment. Also workmanship and responsibility to work commitment is very important also. In addition, punctuality is very important to homeowners especially for the handover after renovation.

Yes, I would recommend Trinity to my friends, they have design according to our requirements. It is also based on our needs that they had recommended designs and concept for us. The designer also provide us with prompt updates through Whatapps on the latest progress and we not personally go down to our home to monitor.

My advice to the future homeowners is that before the renovation please chose wisely a good interior designer. They must be details and timeline must be in order and on time. For example, Trinity, they are ready to response anytime we we requested. The workmanship was also very detailed.

Yes, I would recommend to my friends. He has been our ID for our previous house. We are impressed by his work details and practical ideas. That is why we do not think twice to consider him to be our ID to renovate our new house. Many of our friends are also his client.

When looking for ID, do not just look for the cheapest quote but understand what service and workmanship that the ID can bring along. A good ID always has a good team of carpenters and electricians that helped to get the job well done...

My advice for new homeowners is to source for a few IDs and select a trustworthy IDs that you can work with. Though Trinity, they might not be the cheapest renovation company but what they provided the after sales services like the care and time given which I think is better than money.
