Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Kelvin is a very professional ID who guides us slowly but steadily through the whole renovation period. He takes good care of our house and our wallets at the same time, giving creative yet practical advices from time to time. Working with him has been an absolute enjoyable experience. As it's our first house, there were many instances of anxiety and worry, but Kelvin has been very responsive in the whole process. Renovating and looking for a good Designer for my house can be stressful, which is why it is important that you find the right people to work with. My Designer , Ivan Ong has given many ideas on what can he do for my house within our budget . Special thanks to Ivan for helping us out and knowing what we want. Good service attitude , responsible and patient as we make several changes . His workers are fast and highly recommended!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

The workmanship was excellent and he completed the work on time. Any follow ups that we had were take care of. Ivan is serious with his work and has a senses of humour sometimes that you will enjoy renovating your dream home with him!

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes. Throughout the entire renovation process, Melvin is always going the extra mile to ensure everything is going smoothly. He is open to changes (even last minute) on material selection , etc. Always available no matter the time of the day, whenever we need him, melvin would be there to answer any enquiries or doubts. As there is a recent rise of renovation scams in singapore, i can personally assure you that when you meet up with melvin at their gorgeous showroom/office, all those doubts and feelings of skeptical would disappear. I strongly reccomend Melvin ong from chapter 13 !

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Build a relationship with your ID as a friend rather then just an ID. From there, trust will naturally develop and that is what you want in this process, trust. Dont flare up if something did not turn out how you expected or color dont natch your walls and stuff, instead just talk to each other and find a solution

Throughout the whole renovation process, Ivan was very patience and he will try his best to match your request by giving his honest opinions and advices. Even my fengshui master praised the patience he had.. He would update on the process of the renovation regularly and ensure everything is done properly before the hand over.

It is important to find a reliable and trusty ID. Find someone you will feel comfortable and easy to talk to. Also make sure to check up on the ID company before getting the package.
