Renovation is all about having a competent and dependable project manager. We are fortunate to have landed with Gary Yang from Molecule Interior for our project to renovate a relatively new (7-8 years old) semi-D, mainly focusing on touching up the house (polish marble floor, revarnish parquet floor and wooden decking) and giving it a new coat of paint - both internally and externally. Our project includes remodelling a powder room, converting a family area into a hidden fluted panels storage wall and totally turning the attics floor into an entertainment cum guest’s room. Our project manager - Gary Yang was extremely patient and work tirelessly to coordinate across the different contractors in an effective matter to deliver the project on time and in full not withstanding the fact that the carpentry team was down for a week due to COVID. We have a pretty good idea what we needed for our design (by collating ideas from Pinterest) and hence there was limited requirement for designing work. Overall a pleasant experience for this project, the price point is fair and the quality of work meeting our expectations. A shout out to Gary for his relentless focus on customer satisfaction! Gary was detailed and meticulous in his space planning, He always punctual in our meet ups. Scheduled work was always on time. Execution of project was smooth sailing with very little hiccups, problems were solved immediately with assurance. Gary\\\'s customer service was top notch. Messages were promptly replied and was followed up almost immediately. Will definitely recommend Gary to my peers and family for any future renovations!

Gary is very detailed and meticulous in his work, he is very patient with us always answering our enquires promptly and explaining to us until we understand clearly. Execution of work is fast, Gary is always constantly on renovation site to supervise the project progress and updates us constantly on our group chat. Gary was very responsive and detailed in his work. Execution of project was smooth and problems were quickly solved without any delay due to his prompt responses Workmanship on the carpentry was very good and there was almost no flaws. Speed of the work was exceptionally fast. Gary was very meticulous with his work and ensures to portrays his ideas to us home owner clearly before anything was done. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if ever needed!
