This is my 2nd time engaging Birch Tree. Co in renovation work. I first engaged them to renovate my own HDB resale flat in 2022 and I find their service good and reliable. This renovation is for my brother, who is an elderly right sizing to a smaller flat. Birch is fast to response to my request for site review, quotations and able to understand what we want the house to be like. Most importantly, their pricing is reasonable and able to keep to the agreed timeline of renovation. They also handle request for changes fast. Good after sales service too.

Super highly recommended that new owners to engage them!! It was a pleasure meeting and working with them, from just a rough idea of what I wanted they carefully planned with their excellent knowledge and recommendations to better plan the layout for a more comfortable space to live in. Nowadays it's not easy to get such patient and accommodating team to work with. Definitely is a pleasant experience. Birch Tree is professional and friendly. Renovation is known to be stressful but not with Birch Tree. Jacob & Marcus together with his team ensured my wife and I are restful. They are always ready to see things from the owner’s perspectives and propose practical solutions.
