1. We selected Edgeline planners as their feedback online is good. 2. The renovation is well planned and executed. Designer has been able to coordinate effectively with all parties for a smooth renovation. As we are staying in while this renovation is carried out, the challenges of renovation is the disruption to the daily life of the occupants and this has been greatly smoothened out. In addition, designer is responsive and follow up well on outstanding issues. 3. Generally, the quality of all areas of work are good, including the vendors working with them on other areas of work such as aircon, flooring etc. Designer close follow up with vendors and understanding the requirements do help in completing the whole project 4. Budget for renovation is critical as there will be unexpected expenses which you need fork out and do plan to make sure a little more for this amount.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Christy Lim service has been impeccable right from the start of our meet up to the end of the renovation process. She listens to our concerns and provides us alternatives so as to keep within our Budget. She was always available throughout the whole process and the results of our renovation were astonishing. Until today I had never failed to praise Christy Lim and Edgeline Planners to all my friends and relatives. This is DEFINITELY the first time I am truly satisfied with the results.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

I strongly recommend Christy Lim from Edgeline Planners for your future renovation and I assure your satisfaction will be the only result. Besides, she has beautiful ideas, and she will try her level best to fit your budget.

Our Designer , Irene Ho, really comfortable with her. She is very responsible and did her best to follow up ! Every day feels like a staycation. Love the dining and kitchen the most. Dateline met!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Look out for the hidden cost, the material used. duration for a total renovation. importantly, do not rush them. let them have their time to do their jobs. time to time ask them about the renovations.

I was glad to met Irene, an experience interior designer. She gave genuine comment about my house, in addition, she did a good job. She willing to listen all my concerns and let me know the progress.

In short,we are satisfied and appreciate what Irene did for us. We would definitely recommend Edgeline Planners to others who are looking for ID that is reliable, capable and the most important thing is she take pride in their work.

Good quality workmanship and certainly value for money. Thumbs Up for my ID-Kent. He is a meticulous person, and he will make sure everything are on track during renovation, he is talented. I really recommend him if you are finding quality designer,he definitely the one!

Be open to new ideas, as sometimes as an end user we tend to be myopic on how to balance between aesthetics and practicality.

The design of our home was innovative, creative, functional and practical. Besides, quality of materials used for our home are good, tastefully designed and up to date. Alan is a caring designer and he understand customer's needs.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

You have to communicate with designers, and confirm with him what actually you want. Apart from this, you have to trust your designer and he able to meet your requirement because he also spend lots of time just to ensure renovation is go smoothly.

I really recommend to my ID: Bosco. Bosco is patient and savvy with designs concepts including materials used and color mixes. We love our new nest -big transformation before and after! Good job, Bosco!

Irene is patient, creative, responsive, organised, experienced and one with integrity who delivers on her promises. Her extensive experience means she is able to keep her client's need in mind and yet deliver beautiful designs that are also functional.

Be ready to accept some flexibility in timeline. Always check designer's previous projects to determine if you are able to accept her quality and work. Be prepared with as much details as possible to minimise delays and changes.

As returning customers, we are once again impressed by the professional and quality service provided by Angie as well as her teammate, Christy. Unlike the horrid stories that we have heard, the renovation process was smooth, hassle-free and filled with laughter. Putting themselves in our shoes, they designed and modified according to our needs. Their workmanship has been highly complimented by those who have visited our lovely dream home.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Every space can be well-utilised to suit the needs of owners. Overcoming space constraints is feasible if we plan in advance our needs and communicate them clearly to the designers.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

We would like to thank Sevon Tan, our ID, for her consistent hard work throughout the whole process. Her design recommendations were well thought out, achieving both practicality and style. During the renovation, Sevon ensured that coordination between the vendors (contractor, carpenter, electrician, etc) was well planned and timely. After completion and handing over, she continues to be prompt in follow ups. We would highly recommend Sevon.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

When choosing a Design firm or Interior Designer (ID), seek first hand recommendations from family members and close friends. They are likely to give you an honest review of the entire process and experience.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Highly recommend Ms Irene Tan. She is very professional, ethical, patient, friendly etc. Most important, she always put you and the cost in priority. We have a very tight budget and she put in great effort to come up with design which fix our requirement and our budget. She is not pushy in marketing or promote extravagant product but quote the best product at the most economical cost. She will spend times and effort to come up with difference proposal and price. Extremely patient and very diligent. She is at site for work supervision almost throughout the renovation period. She well plan the renovation which fix also our require deadline.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Workmanship is excellent. The output deliver is same as the 3D drawing. The material use is as promised. Find a trusted designer will save you all the trouble on renovation. Irene Tan is a very trustworthy designer and she will do you an excellent job.

Communication and building good rapport with your chosen designer is the key to having your dream home materialised. Have loads of fun going through the process!

Irene Ho is a very experienced, responsible and meticulous ID. She’s responsive, perfectionist, committed and deliver what she promised. Good workmanship and practical design. We are very happy with end result and had a fuss free renovation experience!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Have a good communication channel with your designer, plan your renovation period timely so both party don’t have to rush. When buying furniture get your ID’s input or advise too.

Thirteen years ago, I had my first 5 room flat and was planning for my wedding. I have engaged Edgeline to design and renovate my new home and it was beautiful done by Angie and her team. The carpentry work, electrical and painting provided were all professionally and skillfully done and the material they use is of high quality. I also have received several compliments from my friends and relatives that came to my house. Angie has always displayed high degree of integrity, responsibility, creativity. She has proven her leadership and ability by consistently providing great solutions in the design of our home. So far, we regard this company as honest and does reasonably good work with good after sales follow up. We have been engaging Irene for several jobs for my HDB flats and condo since 2004. We have been satisfied with her service and her design. She has done more than what an interior designers do most of the time, in our opinion.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

I love the colour and concept recommended by Sue. The feature wall is industrial, modern and cosy. My shoe cabinet is spacious and is able to store lots of shoes. I also love the colour contrast of my ceiling which is painted black.

I have decided to engage Sue after meeting up with another designer from another firm. She was able to tranform my design ideas into my dream home. Sue is very responsive and helpful in my furnishing selection. She was able to work within the schedule provided. I am so pleased with her service that i even recommended her to my neighbour.
