Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Cecilia was very prompt and on task. We only had one month for renovation and she really made it happen! She was also very practical in her suggestions for renovation - keeping to our budget and helping us cut cost.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Look for someone who listens to your needs, e.g. budget and practicality, and works with you on your timeline! The firm should also not be calculative - give and take some material costs due to unforeseen circumstances during renovation.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Cecilia is a very dedicated and meticulous ID. She will listen diligently to the requests of house owner and put in her best effort in meeting the demands. In addition, she would advise house owner on unnecessary spending on certain purchases and design which in turn help to save cost. Her service is definitely worth of money.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Many people go for contractor while renovating house because the price is better. However, if you were a busy person like me, I think designer still the best. As ID not only helping in designing my house but also help in sourcing for the contractor to work on the renovation plans as well as materials needed. The whole process of renovating is hassle free.

Cecilia has a very good customer service where she gives practical and honest feedback when we have questions. She has even gone the extra mile to provide us construction detailed technical drawings to ensure that communication among us is aligned.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Find an interior designer from a reputable firm that is registered with HDB that you can work with. Once you have received the quotation, scrutinize every line item to ensure that all details are explained and written down to avoid any misunderstanding and miscommunication. Do not just take for granted whatever is mentioned or stated as "standard". Know what is the standard. It will help in an apple-to-apple comparison.

Being a first-time homeowner going through the process of renovation, Cecilia was extremely patient and understanding. She acceded to our request for several changes along the way and her service is extremely attentive and prompt. She was very hands-on during the entire renovation period and was personally present to oversee the work being done by her contractors. She is also very knowledgeable and has a good eye for design, often giving us advice on the colour coordination and material matching. She is able to successfully marry the two concepts of design and functionality and find the right balance between the two, while also being conscious of a homeowner's budget. The resulting quality of her work is one that is unparalleled and this coupled with her excellent service and attention to detail makes her an extremely successful Interior Designer. She is definitely one that I would recommend to friends/family who are looking for someone that they can trust with their home renovation!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

1. Find someone that you trust and who understands and is on the same page as you with regards to the design concept that you have in mind. 2. Communicate your expectations clearly from the start so that there is no misunderstanding. This should include timeline for completion, budget, etc (all the things that are important to you!). 3. Have an open mind - IDs have more experience and may be able to suggest something that is better / more suitable. 4. Have fun and enjoy the process of your designing your home! Nothing will ever be perfect so don't sweat the small stuff!

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Cecilia very easy communicated. She knew my budget for the renovation and advise useful tips to save my cost. From color , design till electrical arrangement all mix and match. Even she in pregnant when my house renovation but still responsibilities .

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

At least 3 month for the renavation, house cleaning then move in. Choose the reliable ID. Must keep monitor during renovation if found wrong must contract ID.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

We finally shortlisted Le Interi to renovate our home. Andy is attentive and understand our needs. As my husband and I are very busy, once we confirm the designs, Andy manages the renovation work and gave us periodic updates on the progress. The renovation work was completed slightly ahead of time and stayed within our reno budget. We are happy with our renovation and Le Interi has delivered high quality of standard.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It's very important to choose a reliable and accredited ID design company. Spend as much time as required to discuss and agree on designs. Ask questions when in doubt. Stay close to your ID during the renovation work and be realistic on timeline.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It's really tough at times to explain what you really want to your ID, and for them to conceptualize and visualize it for you. But hang in there! They are no mind readers, but they can make it happen!

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Cecilia has been very accomodating but at the same giving feasible advice throughout our renovation process. I have my own set of expectation n "dream house" yet with a small budget. Cecilia has helped to work toward these expectations and at the same time managing them! She is also highly dependable and has been assuring even after the hand over.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

In my opinion, a good ID needs to have good chemistry with the client, and also flexible. We discussed about what are the alternative and must have in order to get the best out of our budget.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes, I would definitely recommend it to my friends or family member. The ID whom I contacted is very responsive toward my inquires and is a also very responsible person who will take care of all the items and I do not have to worry about the renovation at all. From time to time the ID will pop up over to my place just to check on the renovation schedule. To my surprise, during the renovation I had zero hiccups from it and everything was nicely done up. The quality of the renovation was superb too and nothing had to be redone or retouch up again. They also managed to finish the renovation to the time line I requested and I am happy to say this first renovation experience to me was a joyful one. Should I need to renovate again will be more happy to engage them again.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

As during this renovation i do not have to worry so much about it, i would say to engage a reliable ID firm who will take care of all the troubles without the need for you to worry on the renovation. It would save us from lots of headaches and problem. Check on the renovation schedule twice per week to see the quality and the status of the renovation.
