Knowing that renovation journey has its ups and downs, we found ourselves as rather lucky as It has been a pleasant renovation journey with our ID, Joel Ang. We are very happy that Joel's design has met our needs and wants well and as such the house renovation fit our lifestyle perfectly. Kudos to his advices and recommendations along the journey. It's a blessing to have someone who understands your requests while making sure the design has additional benefits/functionalities on top of your wants. We are very satisfied with our house renovation which kept within our budget. Highly recommend ID Joel to other new house owners.

Would like to recommend Jin Hao & Noelle from Plus Interior. We met with Jin Hao for the initial meeting & he was very receptive to our overall vision and requests for the home. We sincerely appreciated that they were not "pushy" and sales driven as some in the industry can be (IYKYK), giving us time to consider and quotation was promptly given as well. They were patient with our questions and explained why certain colours/home features/selections would be better/worse in the long run based on his extensive years of experience. We even changed the entire concept from Japandi to Modern Luxe after we have gotten our keys, which Jin Hao was very understanding and excited to kick start our project. Both Jin Hao and Noelle assisted us with bathroom/kitchen accessories selection, paint, curtain colours, bed/sofa matching and also accompanied us to select tiles (have to say their ability to envision the overall look just from looking at tiles is amazing to us). Execution and follow up from Noelle was good as well, even the aircon piping they were present to guide the AC guys. It is important for home owners to also be involved closely in the reno works as ultimately it is our house. So would recommend alongside ID checks to also do your own checks so that nothing is missed out. Inevitably with the manpower crunch some delays are expected, but they did do their best to arrange everything before our hard deadline and the after handover touch up works were also arranged timely. The Interior Designer, Peong Jin Hao, who helps us to design and renovate our house is an accommodating, young, considerate individual with unique taste. JinHao is also very responsive to settle defects after the renovation has been completed. We are happy with his design which outcome fall in line with our expectations. There is some slight delays in the schedule but JinHao has honestly informed ahead of the problem and manage to expedite the crunch in manpower to complete the renovation with a revised schedule. Price is quite costly but for the quality delivered we find it to be acceptable.

My wife and I carefully researched and approached multiple IDs and Contractors to design our home. We decided to engage Noelle and Jin Hao for a number of reasons. Firstly, they listened attentively to our ideas and as much as possible accommodate. They will also provide counter proposals based on things that we might foresight. Secondly, during the asking-for-quotation phase, they (as compared to others that we approached) came out with 2D rendering of our initial design and that helped tremendously to picture how the end state would look like. During the actual renovation phase, everything was on schedule. Timeline of works were diligently updated. Any requests for rectifications to be made, were addressed within days, were possible. Quality of work was great - their service, the 3D rendering and the workmanship of the many different external parties engaged to make it possible (for example the carpenters and plumber). Post-service was very important in our decision, and we are glad that despite making full payment already, both Noelle and Jin Hao are ever present to ammend any faults and provide us with contacts for various ideas that we'd like to add to our house. Overall, very satisfied with their services. Will definitely reccommend others!

A long overdue review as we completed our reno with plus studios in Jan this year but wanted to compliment caeden our ID for his professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness throughout the process. We decided to go with caeden after screening a few other IDs and he stood out with his enthusiasm, creativity and going the extra mile by looking out for and sending us pics of fixtures that'll fit our concept before we officially engaged him! Overall we had a great experience with results above our expectations and it also is reasonably priced and a honest company to work with

I renovated my master bathroom completely (complete hacking to installation) and the project was completed according to schedule and within budget! Furthermore, my wife and I absolutely love the outcome! Before the renovation, we chatted with a few interior designers but decided to go with Alloyious Koh from Plus Interior simply because he was clear in his explanation, extremely responsive to queries, reasonable with his price and sincere because he laid out all costs before explaining which costs could potentially be avoided. When the renovation work started, my wife and I had to travel. Nevertheless, Alloy updated us on the renovation progress regularly, allowing us to feel at ease throughout this process. We faced some minor challenges during our renovation work like any others, but Alloy would offer excellent solutions to overcome them. As such, I would highly recommend Alloy to any of my friends!

We have just completed our full house renovation with Joel and he has definitely helped us bring our dream home into reality! He has captured the exact vibes we were looking for. While we had an idea of what we wanted, he was also able to provide ideas and suggestions that enhanced the look of the home. He is super easy to work with, and most importantly, reliable and trustworthy. He can get things done. He was able to meet our tight deadline and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. With many years of experience in this industry, I like how Alloyious provides practical suggestions that are functional for daily living yet remain aesthetic. Really glad that we chose Plus Interior out of the other IDs we approached. We started sourcing for IDs 1 year before our key collection, and Jin Hao was the only one who showed passion and effort in serving us, consistently keeping in contact with us and provided us with simple 3D drawings of the proposed layout, bringing us to visit site, before we even signed with him. Jin Hao never missed any of our materials/accessories/furnitures shopping. He made time for us and followed us when we shopped for stuff, making sure everything matches well with our theme. Some people said ID should listen to what the owners want, but I feel that a good ID not only listen to what the owners want, but also give opinion and tell them the consequences. Jin Hao really did well in this area! We didn't regret following his advice. He definitely turns our house into everyone's inspiration! Also, his after-sales service is superb! He rectified all our issues promptly. Highly recommended!

We were introduced to Plus Interior by a good friend of ours to renovate our newly purchased flat. Caeden, our ID, was professional, polite, and responsive in our entire renovation journey. He would always listen to our requirement and issues and offered helpful and, at times, cost-efficient advice. In one instance, I asked if it would be prudent to install toilet ventilation fan. After assessing our environment, he said it would not be necessary. In another instance, he helped us saved cost by re-purposing the original living room lightning as our corridor and kitchen lightning. Despite our situation which required expedited renovation, he managed to deliver as promised. The after sales service was also responsive and professionally rendered. In one instance, there was an issue with the installation of my hood. Due to miscommunication, there was a need to amend carpentry work. While we would have settled for a functional fix, his team went beyond our expectation and fix it such that it is functionally yet still aesthetically pleasing with no sign of any rectification done visible on the hood. Caeden and team managed to create and deliver a home for us despite the timeline. Would recommend engaging them for your own renovation works.
