Bought a resale flat and was overwhelmed with too many interior designers to choose from, but eventually decided on Belle & Jeremy due to their professionalism and sincerity. They were incredibly responsive, addressing any queries and issues promptly, even late at night. Their dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout the renovation process. Jeremy and Belle are very professional in their work. Intially was overwhelmed with too many IDs to choose from but decided to go with them due to their sincerity and patience. Throughout the renovation duration, they kept me informed of the progression. Often, I messaged them late at night but was shocked that they responded to my queries almost immediately. The after Reno flat is also nicely done and I am extremely satisfied with them.

As a first-time homeowner, I had two requirements when looking out for an interior designer. I wanted someone whom I can trust with the vision that I had for the design of my home, and I wanted clarity and transparency regarding costs so that I won’t go over budget. I chose the duo of Belle & Jeremy at a reno fair after they impressed me with their budget-first approach that allowed me to have a realistic sense of what was possible, even though the design that I had in mind could turn out to be potentially costly. Unlike other IDs who promised to turn around with 3D renders within 2 or 3 weeks and then come up with a quotation after, Belle & Jeremy made sure that I had my finances sorted out first, then patiently worked with me to translate the elements of inspiration that I had into a coherent vision for the home within budget. We took almost two months to come up with the 3D render but because of this iterative process I was very happy with the final result and it stayed close to the spirit of what I originally envisioned. The look that I was going for - a mixture of tropical (think rattan, living plants, lots of wood) and industrial (bold black lines, black industrial piping) - was not a very popular theme with residences in general but was starting to catch on with trendy cafes and upscale co-working spaces and I was really happy that they managed to capture that spirit. If I had gone with the process that other IDs used, I suspect that I would have requested changes more frequently and resulted in a more disruptive renovation journey. From then on, Belle & Jeremy kept me up to date with the progress of the renovation and attended to any issues promptly and professionally. In particular, they helped to mitigate potential issues with the next-door and downstairs neighbours because of the works and prevented them from becoming critical by being proactive in providing solutions that satisfied all parties. In the end we did have to go slightly over budget because of some unforeseen works that needed to be done, but I trusted them with the process and the result was more than worth it. All of my friends and family who have visited my home rave about the inspired design and cohesive look - it truly is a home of joy and blends harmoniously with the lush greenery and nature vibes of Telok Blangah Hill next door. In addition Belle & Jeremy have been professional enough to keep in touch after 2 years to check in that everything is alright - I have heard horror stories where works fall apart after just 6 months of reno completion. I am grateful that I am still as happy living in my home today as I was on day 1 after the renovation was complete.
