True enough, our renovation journey with them has been relatively smooth (90-95% complete). As first-time homeowners, we were initially clueless about the process, but William and Katherine were patient and prompt in addressing all our queries, making the experience much less stressful. They have a great team of subcontractors working with them, and the workmanship has been excellent. There’s nothing major to nitpick, and we are generally very satisfied with the work done so far. One area for improvement could be better communication on the renovation timeline, so clients have a clearer idea of the progress at any given stage.
